David A. Shaneen has 15 years of experience in business, law, mergers and acquisitions, diligence, credit, and private equity investments. Mr. Shaneen’s focus and expertise at Westshore is on sourcing, diligence, documentation, credit, legal structuring and governance.
Prior to joining Westshore, Mr. Shaneen was an investment professional for a family office, M&A attorney at McDermott Will & Emery LLP, and a senior executive and counsel for a software company serving the insurance industry.
David holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Economics from DePaul University.
