Caspers Service Company, LLC (“CSC” or the “Company”) is a Tampa, Florida-based commercial kitchen equipment and mechanical services company providing repair, maintenance, and installation work to food preparation and food service customers throughout Central Florida and beyond. Customers include restaurants, hotels, clubs, hospitals, universities, event venues, and convenience stores, among others. CSC services a broad array of equipment, including hot-side cooking equipment (“hot”), refrigeration (“cold”), beverage systems (“beverage”), HVAC, and warranty-related work.
CSC traces its roots to 1978, when the Casper Family founded it as an in-house service group supporting the Caspers Company’s McDonald’s franchise operations. The business was commercialized in 2007 to service other franchisees and restaurant operators, and exited several non-core service lines (kitchen design, equipment distribution, and test kitchen services) to focus on its core repair, maintenance, and installation business.
The Family partnered with Westshore to restructure CSC’s operations, design and install new MIS systems, build a focused sale and marketing department, and make strategic acquisitions.
