AM Signal is a full-service, valued-added distributor of traffic signal control devices and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) used in monitoring and controlling traffic flow and safety on streets and highways. The company has exclusive distribution rights for many of its products and primarily serves the Intermountain West (Colorado, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, and Wyoming), as well as in nine other states including Texas.
The husband and wife founders sold to Westshore’s portfolio company, Interwest, in order to retire, monetize their life-long investment, and feel comfortable AM Signal would continue its growth and be well capitalized for the future.
