Partner and Vice President
Michael J. Sullivan has more than 15 years of experience in private equity investments, operations, corporate development, and investment banking. Mr. Sullivan works on all aspects of investments from sourcing, diligence, financing, reporting, strategy, and operational improvements.
Prior to joining Westshore, Mr. Sullivan was a senior investment banker for Cross Keys Capital, where he advised on transactions in various industries including manufacturing, healthcare, software, entertainment, and consumer products. Prior to investment banking, he worked for Rockwell Collins, an aerospace and defense company headquartered in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where he served in operations, accounting, tax, and eventually as a member of the corporate development team handling acquisitions and divestitures.
Michael holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Iowa.
