P. Craig Sanford, CFA is a Vice President of Westshore Capital Partners. Mr. Sanford has over 20 years of experience in corporate development, accounting operations, mergers and acquisitions, and business valuations.

 

Prior to joining Westshore Capital Partners, Mr. Sanford was a Corporate Development Officer for ServiceMaster, Inc. During his tenure at ServiceMaster, Mr. Sanford coordinated and implemented more than 150 platform and add-on acquisitions for the business units of TruGreen Chemlawn and American Residential Services.

 

Prior to ServiceMaster, Mr. Sanford was a Senior Financial Analyst with Rhea & Ivy plc, a regional public accounting firm, where he performed merger and acquisition, business valuation, and forensic accounting services for small and medium sized companies. Prior to Rhea & Ivy, Mr. Sanford was an executive at AutoZone, Inc, where he held the positions of both Divisional Controller and Financial Analyst. At AutoZone, he was intimately involved in operational accounting systems, inventory management and tracking, and competitive pricing models.

 

Mr. Sanford holds both a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi. In addition to his formal education, he is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has completed all testing required to be an ASA certified appraiser.
