Earl W. Powell Principal & Advisor
	Earl W. Powell is a principal and advisor to Westshore Capital Partners. He has over 25 years of experience in private equity investments and is a co-founder and partner of Trivest Partners, a middle-market private equity firm based in Miami, Florida. Mr. Powell provides counsel and guidance to Westshore in executing the strategy of the firm and managing its investments. Mr. Powell is a former CPA and has served on numerous private and public companies' board of directors. In addition to his business interest, Mr. Powell is a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Florida, the Chairman of the University of Florida Investment Company, and a Trustee of the Knight Foundation. Mr. Powell attended the University of Florida and is a graduate of the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.
