A Confidentiality Agreement and Fee Agreement have been provided for your use in order to document and protect confidential conversation and introductions to potential investment opportunities. All agreements should be faxed to Westshore’s office at 813-223-3699. Agreements are not bound until a Westshore representative has counter signed the agreement and returned it to the signatory.
